Thank you to everyone who attended the Day of Champions 2009

Saturday June 20 for Peanut, Tyke, Novice, Peewee and Bantam final games.

Thank you to everyone who contributed to a wonderful season with Markham Lacrosse.  We look forward to 2010. Please consider helping Markham Lacrosse next season, coaching a team, convenor in the arena and helping out with the executive. Volunteers keep this great sport available for everyone to enjoy.

Lacrosse is the fastest game on two feet , keeping it alive in Markham is very important.

Come out and see the Markham Ironhead JR B team in the second game of the playoffs.

HELP PLEASE
It is time to start preparing for the 2009 Lacrosse season. We need more parent involvement in many areas, both on and off the floor. The Markham Minor Lacrosse Association has a very small volunteer base, especially compared to other sports. Without additional help, we will not be able to put any new initiatives in place. If you want to see things change for the better, more parents are going to have to step up. It doesn't take much time, and you do not need lacrosse experience to help, as there are many administrative and organizational things that need attention too.

Volunteers are required immediately for

• Day of Champions Co-ordinator
• Registrar
• Division Conveners
• Assistant Equipment Manager
• Coaching Coordinator
• House League Statistician
• Zone Representative
