Overview

The House League Box Lacrosse program is available for both boys and girls between the ages of 4 and 21. The program is consists of seven (7) divisions as follows

PeeWee	11-12	1996-1997
Bantam	13-14	1994-1995
Midget	15-16	1992-1993
Intermediate	17-21	1987-1991

Each of the divisions has one game and one practice a week (Monday to Thursday 6:30 pm to 10:30 pm depending on the age) at one of the local arenas

CSA Approved Helmet and Face Mask
Shoulder pads and Arm Guards
Rib/Kidney Pad
Gloves
Athletic Support/Protective Cup
Athletic foot wear
OLA approved Lacrosse stick

Peanut - Introducing Soft Lacrosse

MMLA is pleased to annouce the introduction of Soft Lacrosse for the Peanut program Soft Lacrosse has

development type drills
use a regular lacrosse stick
wear helmet with face mask, shoulder pads, gloves, jock, mouth guard. Optional are kneepads, arm guards, kidney pads.
use a sponge type ball, not a normal lacrosse ball.
each sessions is a practice with a scrimmage

Soft Lacrosse does NOT have

any contact of any kind. No stick checking or body contact
organized games
